3) What personal data we collect
A) Information you provide to us
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, company name, role/job title, phone number (where provided).
- Booking and qualification data (/clarity): information you submit when booking a Clarity Mapping Call (via Google Calendar appointment scheduling).
- Communications: details included in emails or messages you send to us.
B) Information we collect automatically
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type/version, operating system, language settings.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, referring/exit pages, and interactions.
- Cookies and similar tracking: via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (see Section 9).
C) Special note about /score
Operational inputs are processed in your browser. The operational information you enter on /score is used to generate your diagnostic result in the browser.
We do not store the /score operational inputs on our systems.
If you request the report to be emailed, we will collect and use your email address to send it to you (and may retain that email address and delivery record as described in Section 10).
4) How we use your personal data
We use personal data to:
- Provide and operate the website and its features
- Deliver requested outputs, such as emailing a report when you request it
- Book and manage appointments (Clarity Mapping Calls)
- Communicate with you, including responding to enquiries and service messages
- Run marketing and business operations, including email campaigns (where permitted) and CRM activity
- Measure and improve website performance and advertising effectiveness
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect our systems
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

7) Payments (Stripe)
If you purchase services, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms, and we may receive limited transaction data (e.g., payment status, timestamps, billing contact details where provided) for accounting and fulfilment.
8) International data transfers
Because we operate globally and use service providers that may process data in different countries (including the US), your personal data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as:
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum and/or
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures where appropriate.

- Website analytics: retained according to our analytics configuration (we aim to keep this as low as practical while maintaining reporting usefulness)
We may retain some information longer if needed to:
- establish or defend legal claims,
- prevent fraud,
- maintain security records,
- comply with legal obligations.
11) Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and use of reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
